Kelly GIll
After nearly a decade in the agency recruiting world, Kelly decided to follow his entrepreneurial instincts. His desire to have full control over delivering exceptional experiences and results for his clients in high-impact domains drove him to found Flywheel Search Group.
His career began at a nationally renowned retained physician search firm, where he learned the craft of recruiting. He partnered with physician groups and hospitals in small communities in the Upper Midwest of the U.S. to recruit physicians across various specialities, most often requiring relocation cross country for physician & family.
The next five years of his career were at a Human Capital Consulting firm, which offered contingency talent acquisition services to their clients, which spanned most every industry nationwide. This breadth of exposure developed his ability to quickly grasp new organizational structures, go-to-market strategies, and business models.
His operating principles include the following: 1) Honoring his Creator in his work 2) Always doing what is in his client’s and candidate’s best interests and 3) Binary decisions are rare; there’s always another way.
When Kelly isn’t working, he is spending time with his four children and wife at their home in Wichita Falls, TX.
